ABR is recruiting a full-time Collections/Customer Service Specialist for a client in Central Wisconsin.
Starting pay is $20 - $22 per hour plus benefits!
The Collections/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for mitigating loan losses by monitoring and coordinating collection efforts. Ensures recovery goals are met therefore contributing to the long-term goals. Contribute to the development or revisions of collection processing procedures and policies. Responsible for staying current with all industry regulations and guidelines, and all applicable credit union policies, procedures and practices.
Experience
Collections/Customer Service Specialist Knowledge and Skills:
2-5 years of collection and repossession experience in a Credit Union or Bank environment.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
High school education or GED
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and
explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or
highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising
others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle
managers.
