Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Pay: $18-25/HR, based on experience

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Serve Customers: Provide support for OEMs, industrial companies, and heavy equipment customers.
- Drive Sales: Process quotes and orders, recommend additional products, and generate leads for the Outside Sales team.
- Ensure Accuracy: Manage stock checks, backorders, and shipment schedules, while resolving issues like defects or incorrect items.
- Build Relationships: Foster long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction through clear, professional communication and proactive service.
- Process phone and email inquiries, including pricing, product availability, and delivery times.
- Provide accurate quotes and assist with fluid power component needs.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely updates for customers.
- Address issues with shipments and manage customer returns efficiently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to grow accounts and maximize customer value.
- Keep detailed, organized customer service records for future reference.
- Skills & Strengths:
- A quick learner who can apply new knowledge effectively.
- Positive, energetic team player with a knack for building relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.
- Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Preferred: Fluid Power or Industrial Distribution degree or hands-on experience in a related field.
