What Youll Do :
- Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives to enhance process throughput and reduce operating costs.
- Oversee tooling design, product packaging, and plant layout improvements.
- Manage environmental compliance and safety programs.
- Support and mentor production teams to ensure operational success.
