Exterior Cleaning Specialist – $20.00 per Hour

ABR is partnering with a well-respected company in Dane to hire Exterior Cleaning Specialists for 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible hours during the winter months. As a leader in pressure washing and window cleaning, serving Dane County and the surrounding areas, we are seeking friendly, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team.

Pay: $20.00

Shift: Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 7:15 AM team meeting at the shop before heading to job sites; workdays may be extended based on job requirements

Experience in similar fields such as construction, roofing, janitorial services, custodial work, painting, housekeeping, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, landscaping, or power washing is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and manage accounts
• Perform pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and snow removal in the winter
• Work independently or in small teams
• Use ladders and aerial lifts when necessary
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and be insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and boom lifts up to 50-60 feet (most work is on one- to two-story buildings, and boom lift use is infrequent)
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, moving, climbing, and other manual tasks
• Availability for seasonal work from mid-to-late March through mid-to-late December
• Ability to adapt to reduced work availability in winter months due to weather conditions (some snow removal is available to help maintain hours)
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during October and November, primarily on Saturdays (voluntary, not mandatory)
