Fabrication Supervisor - 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are hiring a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a team on 2nd or 3rd shift. This full-time role offers a $65K-$72K salary plus bonuses based on company performance. Hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, with occasional OT and rotating on-call weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication processes (CNC, punch press, machine shop).
• Lead and coach a team of 15 to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee production schedules, safety, and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Drive process improvements and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Fabrication experience and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage teams in a union environment.
