Graphic Designer Summary :
5 years of experience, a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of visual communication to elevate our brand through compelling graphics, digital assets, and marketing materials. The Graphic Designer plays a key role in visually communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate both customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for crafting visually engaging assets across multiple platforms, including web, digital marketing, print, packaging, product branding, and photography.
Graphic Designer Knowledge, Skills, and Ability :
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to high quality work.
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to display a professional and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work onsite with occasional travel requirements.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Create Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to become proficient in HTML and CSS.
Understanding of marketing, web design, corporate identity, and advertising principles.
Basic math proficiency.
Ability to work onsite with occasional travel requirements.
Ability to observe and identify details.
Ability to work extended hours as scheduled, including weekends.
Graphic Designer Qualifications :
Education
Experience
5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including branding, we, and print work and photography skills.
Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Advanced level experience with computer applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite).
Photography experience.
Experience with SolidWorks or 3D modeling software is a plus.
Experience in HTML and CSS is a plus.
