HR Manager Manufacturing
Location : Ripon WI
Position Summary : We are seeking an HR Manager to support the launch of a new production facility within an established manufacturing operation. This role will work closely with the Plant Manager and department leaders to oversee human resources functions and ensure a smooth transition for the new division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and scheduling in coordination with department managers
Assist in updating employment guides, standard operating procedures, Job descriptions and other HR documentation
Support workforce planning and employee relations to maintain an efficient and productive workplace
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications :
Strong background in hiring, recruiting, and workforce scheduling
Knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
