Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift Time (room For Flexibility)
- Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running like a dream.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
- Repair or replace defective parts and systems using top-notch tools.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure operations run seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
- Stay ahead of the curve by learning the latest industry tech and best practices.
- Uphold safety standards to create a secure work environment.
- Education: Associate degree in maintenance or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in PLC systems (preferred).
- Experience with metal fabrication is a bonus!
- A self-starter who’s also a team player, ready to balance troubleshooting with production needs.
