Shift/Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 2:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
Friday: 11:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Starting Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications

The Manufacturing Systems Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing new equipment, ensuring functionality, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with building repairs, maintenance, and new construction projects.

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Systems Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing new equipment, ensuring functionality, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with building repairs, maintenance, and new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and inspections on assigned equipment.
- Record routine maintenance checks as required.
- Install new and used equipment in compliance with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs.
- Test equipment for proper operation after repairs or extended downtime.
- Safely troubleshoot and repair machine electrical wiring.
- Report findings to the team leader and take appropriate action as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in machine maintenance.
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools in maintenance, mechanical, or carpentry trades.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and installation.
- Experience with mechanics and machine fabrication.
- Ability to use technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and friendly with personnel, even during high-stress periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to operate and interpret results from DMM’s, megohm meters, and thermal imaging cameras.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed.
- Ability to become forklift certified.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Salary : $22 - $27
