Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production machinery, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain product integrity.
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls (PLC experience a plus).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
