Order Picker

Position Overview The Distribution Center Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate order processing within our distribution center. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Compensation and Hours

• $15.50/HR

• Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Position Requirements

• Effective oral communication skills.

• Basic organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic reading skills.

• High level of concentration on the task at hand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather necessary supplies needed prior to picking orders.

• Pick and fill orders using an RF Unit; locate back-stocked products as needed.

• Replenish products on shelves when necessary.

• Learn and retain the locations of back stocked products.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous distribution center picking experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to:

• Lift no more than 30 pounds.

• Walk, stand, and reach with arms and hands.

• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Maintain vision abilities necessary to perform the job.

Work Environment The work environment is a distribution center that is:

• Adequately lit.

• Temperature controlled.

• Moderate in noise level. Employees are required to observe safe work practices when using equipment.
