We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Assistant to join our team for a 3-month project. 1-2 years experience is key for this role. The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and skilled in electronic filing and payroll documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for 300-500 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Use ADP to manage payroll functions, including timekeeping and deductions.
- Assist in the calculation and processing of payroll garnishments.
- Maintain organized electronic files for payroll records.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
