Production Associate

Now Hiring: Machine Operators & Packers – 3 Shifts Available

Location: Ripon, WI

Pay: $15–$23 per hour (Based on experience and position)

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed to maintain production flow
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
  
  

Packer Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack products according to company standards
• Label and organize finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Work efficiently to meet production quotas
• Assist in other production tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications For Both Roles

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
