Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training topics, technologies, and company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with company objectives and employee needs.
- Create training schedules, track outcomes, and maintain accurate training records.
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to specific audiences.
- Evaluate feedback from employees and management to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Attend seminars and meetings to stay informed on industry trends and innovative training methods.
- Promote training opportunities within the company and encourage employee participation.
- Recommend and manage training materials, resources, equipment, and the allocated budget.
- Conduct annual training needs assessments and create actionable development plans.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in training, work practices, or workplace conditions.
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training design, delivery methods, and learning principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and assess training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, and safety training is a plus.
