What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator position at ABR Employment Services?
ABR is recruiting a Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for a client of ours in Central Wisconsin. Hours are Monday Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm. Starting wage is $18 - $24 per hour depending on experience plus full benefits package. Small, family-friendly company culture. This is a DIRECT HIRE!
Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Qualifications :
- Must have at least one year of warehouse / shipping and receiving experience.
- Must be able to use UPS software to label shipments
- Demonstrated ability to operate, monitor, and maintain machinery efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all products meet high-quality standards before distribution.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently, meet production deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to maintaining high standards over a long tenure.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with MS Office, Sage software experience preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
