Key Responsibilities
- Design intricate dies, tools, and welding/automation fixtures for maximum efficiency and precision.
- Utilize SolidWorks/Logopress3 design software.
- Provide solutions and alternatives for customer inquiries and challenges.
- Collaborate with Tool & Die personnel to address production questions and concerns.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and time management abilities.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma, 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, and 1-2 years of Tool & Die background.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English and performing basic math.
