Duties:
- Greet and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide excellent customer service. - Input documentation and follow-up with customers as needed. - Assist fellow staff members with customer scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other clerical and accounting functions as needed. - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. - Answer phone calls and return customer calls.
Skills:
- Experience working in a front desk or customer service role preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and QuickBooks is preferred.
