- Greet and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers in a friendly manner.
- Input documentation and follow-up with customers as needed.
- Assist fellow staff members with customer scheduling, invoicing, accounts payable and other clerical accounting functions as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Answer phone calls and return customer calls.
