Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android applications
- Manage a team of Android developers, providing mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the Android applications
- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap
- 5 years of experience in Android development
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Understanding of software design patterns and architecture (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Knowledge of fintech industry and related regulations is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
