Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain COBOL-based financial systems on IBM Mainframe.
- Work with Batch and Online processes to support core banking operations.
- Collaborate in an Agile team of 3-5 developers.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure seamless system integration with DB2 databases.
- Respond to urgent inquiries, including occasional availability outside standard working hours.
- 5 years of experience as a COBOL Mainframe Developer.
- IBM Mainframe expertise is required.
- Strong knowledge of Batch and Online processing.
- Experience with DB2 databases.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes (business knowledge is a plus).
- Mandatory experience in financial institutions.
