🎓 Industrial Engineering degree or a similar academic degree.
💻 Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word).
📂 At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Control (PLM experience is an advantage).
✅ Proven ability to work independently in a challenging environment, with strong matrix management and decision-making skills.
📚 Self-learning ability, motivation, and willingness to work hard.
🔄 Strong multitasking skills (handling multiple tasks simultaneously).
🔒 Active security clearance is an advantage.
🔹 Job Description:
- Working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Cataloging items and documents.
- Managing BOMs (Bill of Materials), product files, documents, items, and assemblies.
- Monitoring and approving engineering design processes.
- Generating reports and performance metrics.
- Leading engineering change review boards.
- Training and supporting users in the system.
