- Providing internal support for a multi-user environment
- Working with multimedia rooms
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, communication, endpoint equipment issues and more
- Ongoing support in Windows environment
- Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in the organization
- At least 2-3 years of experience providing telephone and in-person support to end users
- Proven experience in user management and permission granting (Active Directory, Office365 including Exchange)
- Experience installing endpoint equipment, handling maintenance and network issues
- Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers versions 2012-2019
- Experience working with VoIP telephone systems - advantage
- Experience working with multimedia rooms - advantage
- Experience in field positions - advantage
- Relevant certifications - mandatory
