- Analyzing and defining business processes, including writing detailed specification documents.
- Designing software solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
- Managing testing processes for system developments and workflows.
- Preparing and issuing price quotes for clients.
- Creating user manuals and documentation.
- Onboarding new clients, including implementation, installations, training sessions, and roundtable discussions.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Development, QA, and Implementation teams).
- Working as part of a team, reporting to the Product Manager, and providing full ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration (with a specialization in Economics/Information Systems).
- At least 5 years of experience in system and process analysis and design.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proven experience in writing technical and business specification documents in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Understanding of logistics processes (advantage).
