Job Description
- Talent Acquisition : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding attorneys and support staff for various roles within the employment law firm.
- Collaboration with Leadership : Partner with managers and leadership teams to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop strategies to fulfill critical roles.
- Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners for larger recruitment projects.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Organization : Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and hiring timelines to ensure efficient processes.
- Adaptability : Quickly respond to changing priorities and handle multiple open positions with competing deadlines.
- Communication : Serve as the point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
