Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of employment law cases in the pre-litigation phase
- Engage with opposing counsel to negotiate favorable settlement outcomes for clients
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficiency and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications - Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Pay range and compensation package - $150,000-$180,000 (based on experience) Commissions
