Pre-Litigation Negotiation Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Negotiation Attorney to join our pre-litigation department in our main office located in Burbank, CA. This position involves negotiating settlements, advocating for clients in pre-litigation discussions, and ensuring optimal outcomes in employment law cases. The ideal candidate has a strong background in employment law, exceptional negotiation skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of employment law cases in the pre-litigation phase
- Engage with opposing counsel to negotiate favorable settlement outcomes for clients
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficiency and clear communication throughout the process
