Up to $71,660 (includes base rate, shift differential, and retention bonus)

At our world-class superabrasives company, you will utilize your Swiss CNC machining expertise to craft intricate and precise components for diverse markets. The ideal candidate wants to learn and grow with us.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reads engineering documents and selects appropriate settings and adjusts as necessary.
• Responsible for operating one or more types of computer numeric-controlled production equipment.
• Set and load all tools in conjunction with set up instructions to complete all assigned jobs.
• Understanding of the use of inspection tools such as calipers/micrometer/profile projector.
• Problem solves to resolve any deviations from part geometry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or
• Follow established quality and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Has a positive attitude.
• 01-year experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to run multiple machines each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Stand for 4 hours a day
