$3.00 Shift Differential for off shift roles
$500 Retention Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up CNC mill, Swiss lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications.
- Troubleshoot and edit programs.
- Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers/micrometer/profile projector.
- Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Set and load all tools in conjunction with set up instructions to complete all assigned jobs.
- Plans and conducts Associate training ensure new hires are supported, welcomed, and have the tools needed to succeed.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain the CNC milling, Swiss lathe, or other machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Follow established quality and safety standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Has a positive attitude.
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 years’ experience running a swiss turn lathe
Physical requirements:
- Ability to run multiple machines each shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Stand for 4 hours a day
