What we offer (Beyond a great team)
· $3.00 Shift Differential for all off shift roles
· $500 Retention Bonus

· Five-day work week, Monday - Friday 2:30p - 11p

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and our quality top-notch. Your day-to-day might include:
- Setting up CNC mills, Swiss lathes, or other machines based on blueprint specs
- Editing programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
- Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
- Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements
- Loading and setting tools according to setup instructions
- Training new team members and helping them feel supported from day one
- Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC and Swiss machinery as needed
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player. Ideally, you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1 years of hands-on experience with Swiss turn lathes
- A knack for multitasking and staying detail-oriented under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- A positive attitude—we like working with people who lift others up!
The Physical Side
This role is hands-on and active. You’ll need to:
- Run multiple machines during your shift
- Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
