Exercise Physiologist Full Time Days Position Summary
Responsible for performing day to day implementation and follow up case management for patients in Cardiac Rehab. Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. The position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease.
Responsibilities: Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, educational needs on admission. Sets realistic goals. Individualizes patients’ plan of care. Performs no invasive cardiology tests. Documents patient care assessments.
THE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in EP or related exercise science field.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: BLS and ACLS
