The RN Manager Role
This challenging role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, who can manage multiple departments, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provides comprehensive nursing care to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and educational needs.
- Management: Oversees daily operations, develops budgets, manages variances, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
- Employee Management: Responsible for staffing decisions, employee evaluations, coaching, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred Experience: Two years management/supervisory experience.
- Required Certifications/Licenses: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona, CPR required, ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department.
