Your Role
The Surgical Tech Lead FT Days position is an opportunity to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our surgical team. As a certified surgical technician, you'll provide intra-operative support, maintain the sterile field, and coordinate scheduling efforts.
You'll also participate in department performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities, ensuring that our standards remain high and our patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- A minimum of two years of hospital surgical experience or formal training program
- Certification as a Surgical Tech, or acquired Certification completion within six months
- CPR certification

This full-time position requires working lead responsibilities, including training and mentoring staff, coordinating scheduling efforts, and providing technical services during surgical procedures. Call is required for this position – must reside within a 30-minute call time of the facility.
