The mission of Abrazos Family Support Services is to support children and adults who have developmental disabilities and delays by providing an array of community-based services that meet the needs of individuals and their families. Our Vision is to empower all children and families to achieve their full potential and live enhanced lives.
Our services are available to individuals and families who live in Sandoval and Bernalillo counties, New Mexico. Our programs include Infant/Toddler Services (early intervention), Autism Services, Respite Services, and Family Living.
We are looking for a BCBA who will provide monthly up to 40 hours of clinical supervision, to our ABA program, starting April 7, 2025.
Scope of BCBA’s Responsibilities:
- Conduct the Vineland assessments and Assessment/Reassessment reports along with the BCBA candidate.
- Sign off on the assessments/reassessment reports.
- In conjunction with the BCBA candidate review, edit, and update target goals and any/all maladaptive behavior goals in Theralytics.
- Review and approve session notes.
- Oversee RBT supervision hours.
- Mentor BCBA Candidate with tasks and other duties as necessary including but not limited to rostering, 40 hours of RBT training, and concerns/questions regarding clinical oversight and recommendations of issues or concerns with clients.
Professional Requirements and Qualifications:
- Unquestioned integrity required.
- Current BCBA license.
- Clearing a criminal background check required.
Location & Compensation:
The Agency is based in Bernalillo New Mexico and provides a caring and welcoming work environment, flexible scheduling, hourly pay and hybrid work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
