Job Description

Job Description

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense.

The Role :

We are seeking an innovative and technically skilled Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. In this critical role, you will serve as the architect and enabler of seamless, efficient, and scalable systems that drive revenue operations across Finance, Sales, Partner Success, Support, and Implementation. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data workflows, you will ensure operational excellence by building and optimizing the tools and processes that power our go-to-market strategy.

As a technical backbone of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that address complex business challenges, drive cross-functional collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do :

Reimagine GTM Operations : Redefine how systems and tools are leveraged to supercharge front-line teams, creating an exceptional, seamless buying experience that delights customers and drives revenue.

Build Scalable Systems & Integrations : Design, implement, and manage integrations across key SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and Ironclad, ensuring smooth data flow, operational alignment, and capability.

Streamline Workflows & Automations : Develop innovative workflows and automations that enable Finance, Sales, Partner Success, Implementation, Solution Design, and Legal teams to operate efficiently, reducing friction and enhancing outcomes.

Empower Data-Driven Decisions : Partner with Data and Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, build real-time pipelines, and provide actionable insights that enable smarter, faster decision-making.

Solve Unique Challenges with Custom Solutions : Address cross-functional challenges by developing bespoke technical solutions that enhance collaboration, improve operational processes, and drive measurable impact.

Foster Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Partner Success, Implementation, Solution Design, and Legal to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and deliver scalable solutions that improve workflows and team cohesion.

What You'll Bring :

6 years of experience in a technical-focused Revenue Operations role, ideally supporting cross-functional Commercial teams in a SaaS environment.

Deep expertise in Salesforce, including designing workflows, automations, and integrations with external platforms.

Hands-on experience with API integrations and iPaaS tools like Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io, with a proven ability to create scalable solutions.

Proficiency in SQL and / or Python for advanced data analysis, reporting, and custom solution development.

Strong understanding of SaaS GTM operations, including partner success handoffs, billing workflows, and revenue operations processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple systems and teams.

Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating technical solutions into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and passion for building systems and processes that enable teams to operate effectively and efficiently.

Life at Abridge

At Abridge, we’re driven by our mission to bring understanding and follow-through to every medical conversation. Our culture is founded on doing things the “inverse” way in a legacy system—focusing on patients, instead of the system; focusing on outcomes, instead of billing; and focusing on the end-user experience, instead of a hospital administrator's mandate.

Abridgers are engineers, scientists, designers, and health policy experts from a diverse set of backgrounds—an experiment in alchemy that helps us transform an industry dominated by EHRs and enterprise into a consumer-driven experience, one recording at a time. We believe in strong ideas, loosely held, and place a high premium on a growth mindset. We push each other to grow and expose each other to the latest in our respective fields. Whether it’s holding a PhD-level deep dive into understanding fairness and underlying bias in machine learning models, debating the merits of a Scandinavian design philosophy in our UI / UX, or writing responses for Medicare rules to influence U.S. health policy, we prioritize sharing our findings across the team and helping each other be successful.

Diversity & Inclusion

Abridge is an equal opportunity employer. Diversity and inclusion is at the core of what we do. We actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds (including but not limited to race, gender, educational background, and sexual orientation).
