Abrigo is seeking an IT Services Specialist to join our Team which provides IT support to internal customers. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve IT issues promptly, and be motivated to increase their skillset and advance their career within our organization. We value proactive individuals who take ownership of tasks and seek better methods to assist employees and increase efficiency. This position is in-office based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the Manager of IT Services. This position is a hybrid remote and in office based in Raleigh, NC.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver white glove service to internal customers of varying technical ability across multiple office locations both in person and through remote support tools
- Effectively translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language to assist non-technical customers
- Diagnose layer 1 LAN and WLAN connectivity issues and escalate as needed
- Support internal customers using the full Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Monitor the Abrigo service desk ticketing system and service channels to address employee technology issues in a timely fashion
- Provision new user accounts within Azure Active Directory and traditional on-premise Active Directory
- Monitor and support all internal users using the full Microsoft Admin suite
- Configure, manage and support our internal VoIP solution
- Provision end user laptops and periodic refresh cycles leveraging WDS, Intune, or other imaging solution

- Effectively translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language to assist non-technical customers
- Maintain and update an inventory of all IT assets and equipment
- Maintain a constant mindset of proactively thinking about better methods or technologies to assist our employees and increase efficiency
What You’ll Need:
- Strong ability and desire to perform troubleshooting on a variety of IT issues
- Ability to follow defined Information Technology and Information Security standard operating procedures
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized while working on several projects or tasks at once
- Strong ability to show initiative in solving problems and actively seeks opportunities for growth
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse user base
- Ability to document issue resolution and maintain working documentation as needed
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, Mosyle, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and the Microsoft Admin suites
- Candidates with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, A , Network , or similar certifications are preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, Active Directory or Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration.
- Ability to follow defined Information Technology and Information Security standard operating procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse user base
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
- Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
- Desire to learn and continually improve your skillset
