What You’ll Do:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities and trends in AML/BSA/CFT compliance, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML innovation.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals to position Abrigo as the dominant provider of AML/BSA/CFT compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories with a focus on embedding AI/ML into the core of the product.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, leveraging AI/ML to enhance capabilities such as transaction monitoring, risk assessment, anomaly detection, and alert prioritization.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed regulatory compliance standards, seamlessly incorporating regulatory changes into product development.
- Work to deepen and expand Abrigo’s impact on our well-established customer base, identifying opportunities to deliver greater value and grow market share.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities and ensure Abrigo’s products remain at the forefront of compliance technology.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, emphasizing the role of AI/ML in solving compliance challenges.
- Analyze product performance and track KPIs, using insights to optimize product offerings and inform the strategic roadmap.
- Regularly communicate product updates and roadmap progress to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in AML/BSA/CFT compliance solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and their application in compliance, including experience integrating these technologies into product development.
- Proven ability to successfully develop and launch innovative, data-driven products that deliver measurable value to clients.
- A deep understanding of AML/BSA/CFT regulations and the evolving compliance landscape.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
