Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and prospects, providing technical and sales support.
- Understanding customer applications and identifying suitable glass fabrication solutions.
- Generating sales quotations and supporting documentation.
- Providing production with designs and documentation as needed.
- Assisting production with analysis and recommending design adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, or Engineering discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in glass or optical field, preferably with Macola ERP and Salesforce experience.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
