Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for construction and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a background in architecture, and some graphic design skills to effectively communicate project concepts to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored construction solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition of projects to the project management team.
  • Coordinate with architects and project managers to develop and present project proposals and timelines to clients.
  • Utilize graphic design tools to create visual presentations that effectively communicate project designs and concepts.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s services and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects by facilitating communication between clients and the project team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, architecture, business, or related industry.
  • Degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and capable of working independently or in a team.
