Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities. Duties
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Engage in commercial cleaning activities in various settings including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low or equipment requires repair.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in custodial work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
