We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and customer feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support.
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Proficient in technology and comfortable with various software systems
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with outbound calling is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Experience in logistics, operations, or the furniture industry is a plus!
