We are seeking an experienced Early Interventionist to join our team at ABS Kids Careers. As an early interventionist, you will work with young children who have autism spectrum disorder to help them develop essential life skills and overcome challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement early intervention programs tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to families on strategies for promoting positive outcomes and reducing challenging behaviors.
Requirements: Paid prior experience working with kids (i.e., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc.) preferred, lots of energy, playful, creative, able to think on your feet, ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly, tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to our clients.
