Job Description:
- Follow individualized treatment plans to support children's growth and development
- Collect data and write progress notes to inform care
- Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
- Collaborate with children to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable getting up/down from the floor and moving quickly to engage with children
- Proficient in using data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Desire to learn, work independently, and provide exceptional care to children
- Available to work afternoon hours: 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p; some positions may also require weekend availability
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
