We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician, working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for FOLLOWING TREATMENT PLANS SPECIFIC TO EACH CHILD, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- They will also collect data and observe behavioral patterns to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Another key responsibility will be to help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with children to help them overcome challenging behaviors and develop communication skills.
