About the Role
- As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for following individualized treatment plans specific to each child's needs.
- You will observe and record data on the child's behavior and progress, using this information to inform your treatment approach.

Your Skills and Qualities
- High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to think on your feet.
- The ability to constantly get up/down off the floor and move quickly.
- Tech savviness, with comfort learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care to the children.
- Interest in working afternoon hours: 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p; some positions may also have weekend options.
- An active RBT certification through the BACB.
