About the Position
ABS Kids is seeking a highly skilled Autism Treatment Planner and BCBA to join our team in Ventura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of in-office assessments and 3 days of remote work. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
The Autism Treatment Planner and BCBA will play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Evaluate patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for ABA therapy services.
- Prepare and submit final ABA assessment reports using approved payor templates within one week following the assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, special education, psychology or related field.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Three years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred.
