Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $00/hour for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm. Additionally, you will receive paid drive time/mileage reimbursement, paid training, and free CPR and safety training.
About the Job
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, teaching essential life skills such as motor skills, social skills, emotional skills, and more. You will help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills and make a meaningful difference in the life of a child.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Paid prior experience working with kids (i.e., Camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc.) is preferred
- Lots of energy, playful, creative, able to think on your feet
- Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
- Tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
