Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.50 - $25.00, with opportunities for increases based on experience and certifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for premium pay of $2.00 per hour for weekend and holiday work, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a Behavior Specialist will be to teach children essential life skills, such as motor skills, social skills, and emotional regulation, while following a treatment plan tailored to each child's needs. You will also observe and record progress, helping to shape challenging behaviors into positive communication skills.
