19.50 - $24.00 / hour
Additional $2.00 / hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities
Teach children through play and follow treatment plans tailored to each child
Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
Help children develop essential life skills, such as motor skills, social skills, and emotional skills
Work with children to shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
Make a positive impact on a child's life
Requirements
Previous experience working with children (camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc.) preferred
High energy levels, playful, creative, and able to think on your feet
Dependability - someone clients and their families can rely on
Ability to frequently get up and down from the floor, move quickly, and be physically active
Technical savviness - comfortable learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care to our clients
Interest in working with evidence-based methods grounded in science and proven effective
