Job Responsibilities
Teach children through play, following a treatment plan tailored to each child's needs
Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
Help children develop essential life skills, such as motor skills, social skills, emotional skills, and more
Work with children to shape challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
Make a positive impact on a child's life
Requirements
Experience working with children
Fluency in Spanish and English
Lots of energy, playfulness, creativity, and the ability to think on your feet
Dependability - someone clients and their families can rely on
Ability to constantly get up and down from the floor, move quickly
Tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care to our clients
Interest in evidence-based methods grounded in science and proven effective
