About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Autism Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing behavioral interventions, working closely with children, families, and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on strategies and techniques for supporting children with autism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to enhance access to resources and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- BCBA certification or in the process of receiving certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
